Duties will include:

  • Deployment of staff
  • Providing a clear briefing to staff
  • Allocate staff with equipment and PPE to carry out the role
  • Monitoring staff to ensure they are in correct position and carrying out role effectively
  • Ensuring security staff are displaying Licence badges according the SIA regulations
  • Carry out instructions from Management
  • Ensure staff perform their roles in accordance with company policies
  • Controlling and monitoring access in and out of venues
  • Providing a high level of customer care to all
  • Displaying a positive image of the venue and our client
  • Welcoming and directing visitors and customers, providing information on venue /site facilities
  • Providing queue management
  • Performing a search for prohibited items as permissible by law
  • Providing ID checks for licensed areas
  • Encouraging a safe environment for all
  • Monitoring crowd and Incident response
  • Assisting in emergency procedures
  • Ensuring any venue policies and procedures are upheld and maintained

What you will require:

  • A valid PSA Door Supervisor licence Event Security
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent customer facing skills
